octo-assist is a yoga studio management program designed in filemaker® pro. we offer a Filemaker® Pro and a standalone version. it supplies all the functionality you need to manage the day-to-day aspects of a yoga business including classes, workshops and retail.

octo-assist works on Macintosh (OSX) and Windows equally well and can even run on both at the same time. a 30-day eval is available for all versions - please contact us or download an eval copy from one of the links below.

NOTE: We are phasing out sales of the standalone version of Octo due to various support issues. You can still evaluate Octo without owning Filemaker, and if you insist we will sell you a standalone version of Octo, but we strongly encourage everyone to consider running Octo with Filemaker.

octo-assist is made by biscuit technologies, an information and graphic design firm formed in 1995. biscuit technologies has developed office management systems for large companies (UCLA Medical Center, BBDO Advertising) and small businesses (The Hand Prop Room, Elysian Landscapes, Statewide California Electronic Library Consortium). octo-assist is made according to the same professional standards as a corporate office management system but is designed specifically for Yoga Studios and similar businesses.
